At GOZZlE, we value transparency and fairness. Our rental policy clearly outlines everything you need to know — from payments and deposits to cancellations, returns, and usage rules. This ensures a smooth, reliable, and stress-free rental experience for every customer.

Company & Rental Scope 公司与租赁范围

The Company operates under the brand Gozzie, owned by Eque S/B.
公司以 Gozzie 品牌运营，由 Eque S/B 拥有。 -
Available vehicle categories: Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, MPV, 4x4, and Van.
可租赁车辆类型包括：两厢车、轿车、SUV、MPV、四驱车、客货车。 -
Vehicle usage is restricted to Malaysia only. Cross-border driving is strictly prohibited.
车辆使用范围仅限 马来西亚境内，严禁跨境驾驶。

Renter Requirements 租客要求

The Renter must be at least 21 years old.
租客必须年满 21 岁。 -
A valid local or international driving license must be presented.
必须出示有效的 本地或国际驾照。 -
No minimum license holding period is required.
不设持照时长要求。
我们有权力拒绝高风险的客人

Rental & Payment 租赁与付款

A deposit is required and may be paid by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
需缴纳 押金，可通过 现金、信用卡或银行转账支付。 -
Rental rates are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Hourly rental is not offered.
租金计算方式为 日租、周租或月租，不提供小时租赁。 -
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, e-wallets, and bank transfer.
可接受的付款方式包括 现金、信用卡、借记卡、电子钱包和银行转账。 -
The rental period begins when the vehicle is collected and ends upon its return and inspection.
租赁期自车辆交付时开始，以车辆归还并经公司检查后结束。

Insurance & Liability 保险与责任

Insurance must be purchased separately, with two available packages:
租车需另行购买保险，提供两种套餐： -
Lite: Does not cover business interruption costs (loss of use, depreciation after accident)
Lite 套餐：不包括营业损失费（车辆停运损失、事故贬值）。 -
Premium: Covers business interruption costs (loss of use, depreciation after accident), with an excess of up to RM3,000.
Premium 套餐：包括营业损失费（车辆停运损失、事故贬值），并设有 最高 RM3,000 的免赔额。 -
All damages, whether minor scratches or major accidents, are the responsibility of the Renter unless explicitly covered
by insurance
所有损坏（无论轻微刮花或重大事故）均由租客负责，除非保险条款明确覆盖。 -
Insurance does not cover incidents caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or by unauthorized
drivers.
保险不涵盖因酒驾、毒驾或未经授权驾驶员驾驶而导致的事故。

Vehicle Usage Rules 车辆使用规定

Subleasing or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.
禁止转租或让未授权人员驾驶。 -
The vehicle may not be used for heavy loading, racing, or off-road driving (unless permitted for specific 4x4 models).
车辆不得用于超载、竞赛或越野驾驶（除非特定 4x4 车型获准）。 -
Mileage allowance is 40 km per day. Excess mileage will be charged separately
行驶里程限制为 每日 40 公里，超出部分另行收费。 -
Serious interior soiling (vomit, food spillage, blood stains) will incur a cleaning fee of RM200.
如出现呕吐、食物泼洒、血渍等严重卫生事故，将收取 RM200 清洁费。

Breaches & Penalties 违约与罚款

Late returns are charged hourly. Delays of more than 5 hours will be charged as a full rental day
迟还车将按小时收费，超过 5 小时按一日租金计费。 -
Traffic violations, tolls, and parking tickets are the full responsibility of the Renter.
交通违规、过路费和停车罚单由租客全额承担。 -
Smoking and carrying pets inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Violation incurs a penalty of RM1,000
禁止在车内吸烟或携带宠物，违者罚款 RM1,000。

Accidents & Repairs 事故与维修
-
In the event of an accident, the Renter must file a police report and notify the Company immediately.
发生事故时，租客必须立即报警并通知公司。 -
All repair costs are borne by the Renter unless covered under the purchased insurance package.
所有维修费用由租客承担，除非所购买的保险条款明确涵盖。 -
If the accident occurs under excluded conditions (e.g., drunk driving), the Renter bears full liability
若事故发生在保险不涵盖的情况（如酒驾），租客需承担全部责任。

Cancellation & Refund Policy 取消与退款政策

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance: Full refund.
提前 7 天取消：全额退款。 -
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: RM100 administrative fee applies.
少于 7 天取消：需支付 RM100 手续费。 -
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
退款将在 7‒14 个工作日内处理。 -
Early returns are allowed but no refund will be provided for unused rental days.
提前还车允许，但 不退还未使用的租金。

Governing Law 适用法律

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
本协议受 马来西亚法律管辖，并按其进行解释。
